Wednesdays& Fridays classes format is designed for beginers, and to those who have difficulty to meditate routinelly.

Links for Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are different and will always remain the same unless prior notice. Keep them. They are emailed to you twice: the day before, and a few hours before the same day.
FORMAT OF THE ONLINE CLASS:
Practicing solo meditation on line is more challenging than the in-person one. However you will learn
faster and be able to practice on your own on a daily schedule which is highly recommended.
Format: ~50 min. of silent meditation followed by a ~12 min Dharma talk ( Zen teaching ) then a discussion/ comment from the audience. Our sitting meditation is genuine Zen meditation that is non-guided.
Join at least 5 min. before the start of the class
You may join the meditation anytime if 50 min. is too long for you. If you want to listen only to the Zen teaching, and discussion/comment, you may join online around 55 min. after the beginning.
Feel free to provide the links to your relatives and friends if they are interested.
Finally, OakvilleZen does not require to create an account, and is free of charge.
