488: Accepting your "non-peace" of mind Jan. 28th 24

 Accepting your “non-peace” mind state

Don't look for any other mental state or gateway when your current mind is not at peace.

Don’t look at the “Why-When-How-Where-Whom”

Otherwise, you will set up inner conflict and unconscious resistance, and, not only

you will never win, but, even, you will even make it worse. How that?

While facing your negativities such as unhappiness, anger, regret, guilt, worries, dislike, craving jealousy, etc., your ego is at work because it is fed by them. Fighting against it is a no-win goal.

So, what to do?

Forgive yourself for not being at peace. You will not die.                                                                                  The moment you completely accept your “non-peace” state of mind triggered by whatever ego-driven negativities - and there are many, .........your non-peace is transmuted into peace.

Anything you accept fully will get you in a more peaceful mind; eventually, it will take you into permanent serenity, and equanimity.

This is the miracle of surrendering. Is it easy? Not at all.

Miracles are not easy to do, but with practice, you will become a magician.  Thanks
